With the aforementioned ideas you are sure to have a pretty cooking and dining area ready. Think about the colors you would love to have and see in your kitchen and then proceed. Have a classy looking kitchen ready.
If you are thinking of kitchen remodeling, then Tuscan theme is a good choice. Tuscan kitchens imitate nature and colors like green, brown, yellow and red are used on walls. Use a stucco texture to get this theme, and opt for curtains which are light-colored or have striped or checked pattern on them. You can place wall tiles in front of the sink which have floral designs on them, and hang copper vessels for display. Add some wooden kitchen furniture, and for finishing touch place a large-sized copper pot on the table.
You may implement your own ideas considering the dimensions of your own kitchen and the size and number of kitchen appliances. No matter which layout you choose, the arrangement should be such that minimum time is wasted in walking around for fetching things.
An L-shaped kitchen allows ample free space to move around, at the center of the kitchen. The layout consists of kitchen arrangement along the two walls of kitchen that are joined at the corner. This type of formation allows you to place a kitchen island along any of the remaining walls.
While you start working on the colors, you need to take into consideration a lot of elements. Starting with the kitchen cabinets, you also need to think about the shelves, island, and dining table. Cabinets occupy a major area of the room, hence matching colors with these is a must for right decor. You can have the cabinets painted in dual colors, both or one of these matching with the shades used for the walls. The dining tables and chairs (if you already have this set) also need to go well with the walls. Next, the tiles must be in shades that match with the paint for kitchens.
One good idea is that you must have 75% of the kitchen painted in the main color and 25% of it in a shade used to neutralize the effect, while you want to have a lively effect. For example, in case of schemes where you have black, it must cover at least 75% of the kitchen. This is essential to get the perfect feel. In case you are creating a calming effect, you can have the two shades in equal percentage. This way you can use same combination to create different effects. Like a combo of magenta and off white, violet spanning 75% of the kitchen and off-white spanning the rest will give a flashy look to the area. Same colors used in an equal ratio will give you a considerably cool effect. While you work on this, you should also consider the aforementioned elements like the cabinets, dining table, and wall tiles to have the desired effect.
